Look At mE-Cigs

"As a discerning douche..." LMAO

My 5 month smoke-free anniversary is coming up so I really liked this video. And the video does have a point. E-cigs are so very trendy right now. I'm starting to see them everywhere. I'm glad. I definitely think all current smokers need to transition. The only thing off about the video is that everyone is vaping the cig-a-like models. Most newbies will start with those but after a while they move to a bigger and better model. I started with Blu but I haven't gone back to them at all. I'm just keeping them around in case of an emergency or power outage or something. In fact, I'm even thinking of giving them away to a smoker in need so they can transition.

'Haunting In Connecticut' A Hoax, Says Author

I'm just now finding out about this. Apparently the famous Haunting In Connecticut (Snedeker Family Haunting) is a hoax. Well, this is no shocker. I would say about 90% of the alleged big haunting stories are revealed years later to be hoaxes. Usually it is revealed the family was hurting for money at the time the ghost claims are made. Below is an article of the author who wrote the book, In A Dark Place, the official book version of the alleged haunting. He believes it's a hoax!

Damned Interview: Ray Garton

Also, the Snedeker family appeared on Sally Jesse Raphael back in the day, far before the two episodes of a t.v. series (A Haunting & Paranormal Witness) on the alleged haunting and way before the movie. It appears that most of the audience did not believe their story.

Now, I love a good ghost story but I'm not joking. The majority of the big ones are hoaxes. So to try to cut down on the fraud I would suggest the following. Of course the following reflects my personal opinion.

1.) Reject any case where the family is making money, especially big money. This means where they have book deals, movie deals, etc. Almost always a hoax.

2.) Reject anything associated with Ed & Loraine Warren. Almost everyone who has worked with them and has gone public has stated they are not credible. Even the author above stated that they told him to simply make up crap. He also stated they have a history of hiring horror authors to write their books. Of course Ed has passed away now but Loraine is still active and has recently appeared on the craptacular, Paranormal State series. The Conjuring movie was recently released and it was horrible. I couldn't even finish it. That movie would have better had it been released in the 1970s. Nobody wants to hear about "evil satanic witches are out to get ya" anymore.

The Hoodoo Truth - Wicca, Neopaganism & "Traditional Witchcraft"

Wicca, "Traditional Witchcraft" and Neopaganism have nothing to do with hoodoo/conjure work. They are not compatible. In fact and in reality, a real conjure worker would never teach a Wiccan or Neopagan conjure work. That kind of stuff only happens online among the marketers and those who just want your money. Let me explain.

Everyone knows that hoodoo isn't a religion. This said it's set in a Judeo-Christian framework. Real conjure workers are real Christians. They are not just using the Christian elements to cover up a pagan belief system. Now, even though real conjure workers are Christians they aren't the fundamentalist types. They tend to be more open minded and liberal. They also usually don't go to Church and aren't judgemental. The type of Christianity they practice is what can be called "folk Christianity". Folk Christianity involves things like "if you are a good person you go to heaven when you die". It's informal and far less strict than fundamentalism. It's also more mystically-inclined.

Now, Wicca, Neopaganism and "Traditional Witchcraft" are all brand new. "Traditional Witchcraft" practitioners claim what they do is older than Wicca and Neopaganism but in reality that's just another myth they like to tell. They are just as young as Wicca and Neopaganism. Because they are all so young they lack a craft. What is a craft? It's an art, a skill, a trade, a practice. A craft is very much connected to monetary income, paid work. These new religions have no craft so they are attracted to hoodoo/conjure work as well as other traditions. The problem is that they tend to rape and destroy these traditions in the process.

Have any of my readers heard of a man called E. Bryant Holman? He passed away a few years ago but he was very skilled and knowledgeable on the Mexican traditions of Brujeria and Curanderismo. He was also an author. Holman was deeply opposed to Wicca, Neopaganism and "Traditional Witchcraft" because he saw the damage it was doing. It was basically causing the real magical traditions to go extinct. I communicated with him on several occassions and during one of our conversations he mentioned that what is going on is that all these Wiccans and Witches are popping up and performing spells for paying clients. Well, the problem is that they are displacing the real magical traditions of Burjeria and Curranderisimo, which are basically extremely similar to hoodoo/conjure work. These Wiccans, Witches, and Pagans tend to be self-styled experts, not receiving any type of magical training. Meanwhile, it takes years of study under a Curandero for example. So these Wiccans and Witches pop up and steal the business of the established traditions, in effect destroying them. They literally can become a Wiccan on Monday and then by Tuesday they are accepting paying clients. They also steal from other traditions and then lie and pretend as if it was theirs all along. The paying clients don't know any better.  So E. Bryant Holman was staunchly opposed to Wicca, Neopaganism and "Traditional Witchcraft'. So am I.  I too see the damage they do. Wicca, Neopaganism and "Traditional Witchcraft"-types, are "The Borg" of the magical community. They must be stopped.

Right now there are people online claiming to teach hoodoo to Wiccan and Neopagans. This is wrong on so many  levels. For one, real conjure workers in the real world would never do that. Real conjure workers are Christian. They don't pray to the Goddess. They don't worship pagan gods. So when you see someone who claims to be pagan and be a conjure worker then your bull shit meter better be activated. There should be a siren and a flashing red light. Because real conjure workers don't mix and they don't belong to other religions. Real conjure workers don't have Wiccan/Neopagan/Witch students. They just don't. You will only find that shit online. In the real world if you aren't a Christian and don't believe in the Bible you will not be taught, period. Because if you don't believe in God and the Bible you are not worthy to learn conjure work. You're just not. Nobody has a right to learn conjure work.  Now the money-hungry marketers will definitely take your money and claim to teach you conjure work. They don't give a fuck. They just want your cash. They have no loyalty to the tradition. They are more than happy to help add to the destruction of the tradition as long as they get paid.

Honestly, Wiccans, Witches, and Neopagans need to stay away from hoodoo. They are not compatible. The world view of each practice is completely different. Mark my words, if nothing is done to try to stop and repel the Wiccan/Pagan/Witch invasion it will destroy hoodoo. They will assimilate it and destroy it in the process. Then decades from now they will claim that it was always theirs to begin with. And it was Holman who first told me that I needed to be on my guard against Wiccans/Pagans/Witches, lest they destroy conjure work.

Heads Up

Just a heads up as in the near future I will be blogging on some subjects that are sure to piss off a lot of folks. The nature of these blog entries will be about revealing the truth and expose the bull shit that modern day marketers are teaching and doing because they only give a damn about money. Believe it or not, in the past I actually did hold my tongue on issues because of certain friendships. Since those friendships are all gone, there is nothing holding me back and I will expose the bull shit for what it is, lies to get your money and spread bull shit teachings that have nothing to do with hoodoo, a.k.a., root work or conjure.

God Bless,

-Doc

Finds At A Local Super Mercado

So this past weekend I paid a visit to a new Super Mercado that opened. I was disappointed. Usually they have so many cool things to use in conjure, everything from candles to herbs, tools, all kinds of things. I normally go to a big one on the South side of OKC. So I was excited when they opened one in my city but my exitement quickly faded. They only had one small section of candles and hardly any herbs. It was pretty much just like a neighborhood Walmart. However, I did buy a few candles simply because they were different than the other candles that I normally get.

The Miel Y Rosas (honey and roses) smells so good! It says it's already "fixed" on the candle and it comes with real rose petals and scented wax blocks on top of the candle.  The Siete Monedas de la Suerta (7 Lucky Coins), comes with a small green felt mojo bag. I actually thought it came with the 7 coins too but I was wrong. It too claims to be "fixed" but it has no smell. It has a really cool spell on the back which I will post perhaps tomorrow. The Santa Muerte and Jesus candles are actually glass tumblers that can be used as drinking glasses after the candle burns out! I thought that was kind of cool. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the stock there and probably won't be shopping there again.

I'm Sooooo Addicted To Vines

If you haven't heard of vines you are missing out! They are like 6 or 7 second humorous clips. Some of the people doing them are pure genius. They remind me of like classic MadTV skits back in the day and amazingly, one of the best viners is Will Sasso who used to be on MadTV. Check them out! You can find them on YouTube or on the vine site. Also, if you are observant you will see many celebrities in the videos.

I Have Horrible Gaydar

This week or so two celebrities came out of the closet and both shocked me because I never suspected it. The first was Wentworth Miller. Miller shot to fame with Prison Break but he started his career on Buffy The Vampire Slayer in the episode Go Fish. Miller came out in order to boycott Russia for it's anti-gay legislation.

I would have never guessed. There were ZERO hints. Miller is perhaps the pretties guy celebrity I have ever seen. Why are mixed people so damn gorgeous? It's extremely rare for a mixed person to be unattractive. And it makes no sense. You can take an ugly ass white woman and an ugly ass black man, or vice versa, and you get a freaking beautiful mixed child. Why is that?

The other celebrity that came out was the guy who does "Fred" (Lucas Cruikshank).

He fooled me because I've never seen him talk or act his normal self. I've only seen him in character. I think if I had seen him be himself I would have definitely picked up on it but I didn't so he fooled me too.

I just have horrible gaydar. I mean, the only celebrity that I know I was spot on about being gay was Colton Haynes. I first saw him in The Gates, a supernatural show, and I immediately thought that he was gay. Then it was revealed that he did these gay photo shoots with a male model he was allegedly dating at the time. Then when he became famous via Teen Wolf he had his agent try to remove all the pics from online and now it seems he's gone back into the closet. When he gives interviews now he talks about girls he supposedly likes. LOL

But other than that, I have horrible gaydar.

Tools Of Conjure - Wand

A Couple Of Wands That I Made

Genesis 30:41 KJV
And it came to pass, whensoever the stronger cattle did conceive, that Jacob laid the rods before the eyes of the cattle in the gutters, that they might conceive among the rods.

Exodus 7:12
For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron's rod swallowed up their rods.

Wands are an ancient magical tool. Just about every single magical tradition throughout time and across cultures have used them. The reason for their use stems from their normal, everyday use. Wands, or rods, were used by normal people for personal defense at a time when knives and swords were often very expensive and were used to control livestock. This mundane usage reveals the way in which wands should be used in one's magic.

In conjure work, most workers of the past didn't use wands. Some workers did but they tended to be sticks used to draw symbols in the dirt. However, don't let this stop you from thinking you can't use a wand because you can. The key is to use it properly. Wiccans believe the wand is gentle and they use it to invoke nature spirits, such as fairies, that fear iron or steel. However, once one realizes the real reason for wands then one also realizes that wands are in no way gentle. Just as they are used to defend one's self and control animals they are likewise used to defend one's self and control spirits.

When working with my spirits, such as the saints, Father Black Hawk or White Eagle, etc., I do not use the wand. I don't need too and it would be rude and cruel for me to attempt to do so. Instead, I use the wand when I'm working on a person and I need to dominate and control that person.

Wands can be purchased or made. In the picture above is two wands that I've made. The top wand was a gift for my niece but she kept shattering the crystal tip. After fixing it four times I told her if she did it again I wasn't going to fix it as she needs to learn how to properly care for things. She broke it again within a few days and I kept my word. She then gave me back the wand. I won't share with my readers how they can make their own wands other than you will need a good straight portion of a stick and something to scrape or cut off the bark. You can use the picture to give you ideas on how to create a wand.

Now, I will share something to combat some nonsense being spread online. Many Wiccans will try to fool people into thinking that a wand must only be created by the practitioner and that it has to be wood gathered from a sacred tree, etc. In reality the ancients didn't keep to such views. In fact, some of the most powerful wands people used were metal, not wood! You know, "a rod of iron"! In fact, archaeological discoveries of Celtic and Germanic peoples revealed that they used a lot of metal rods, either as wands or in a form of divination. So there are no rules. If you feel a wand is right for you and it's not wood or even organic, so be it!

Hi Doc, I had to re-read this several times to make sense of it. But with my questions that I asked you it actually takes so much guilt off of me. From your answers I know who did this to me and if this is the person I think it is I didn't deserve it, and I know this person's life has suffered greatly. So it is true, make sure that the person that you are cursing is deserving. I had actually talked to someone the other day about going back to school to get my masters degree. Nobody else knew about that. Also with the depression I was thinking that the medication I am on is making me worse. Nobody knew about that either. I was planning to go to the Dr. and switch, or get off. I also agree with you about the confusion. For many years off and on I was very confused and easily led astray. Sometimes not having a clue what was "driving" me,which just led to more guilt and confusion. I think all in all the reading was very good and on point. Some of the questions I hope will be further answered through our continued work together. I really look forward to it and will post an update once we complete our other work together. Thank you for helping and trusting in me.

Eyebright

Eyebright (Euphrasia) is an herb that is used both medicinally and magically. As it's name implies, Eyebright is used to treat eye disorders, mainly styes, pink eye, and other eye infections. The herb is brewed into a tea which is then used to wet a rag or cloth and placed to the eye. The combination of the chemicals in the herb and the heat of the cloth serves to both fight infection and sooth the inflamed eye. Eyebright can also be used to create a compress by wrapping the herb in cloth, placing it in hot water and then pressing it against the eye. Eyebright is a favorite herb of St. Lucy and it's magically uses include the increasing of psychic abilities and to see the truth of a situation.

I received a 15 question email reading from Doc. I have to say, I was shocked and impressed. Didnt wanna believe what I was reading, but felt it was the truth. You know that "gut" feeling? I definitely would purchase another. Doc has helped me out in the past, and I must admit, he is the TRUTH, and dedicated to his work. I will continue to work with him to improve all aspects of life!
Thanks Doc

This should have been more about the botanica, Original Products, and not the lady. Too many so-called "witch queens" in the world today. However, this queen is a bit different. She's associated with the Magickal Childe of NYC fame. I think she was friends with Herman Slater's partner. She has her own shop now. She does make some neat candles.

I've ordered from them before. They have some really neat stuff. Check them out.

Paranormal Witness - The Saint Of Death = Huge Let Down

So on last night's episode of Paranormal Witness the viewers were shown a man who claimed his former apartment was haunted by Santa Muerte. As usuall Santa Muerte was portrayed as evil. Apparently the place was allegedly used by drug lords who were devoted to Santa Muerte in exchange for her protection and to keep the law away. It just really bothers me that instead of focusing on the miracles Santa Muerte can perform outsiders would rather hype up the "ooga..booga" factor and prey off of fear.

It's That Time Of Year.....Wildcrafting!

I really shift into wildcrafting gear in mid-August and September. Today I spent the morning wildcrafting some of the plants I use in my practice. This is only round 1 of many trips I will be taking the rest of this Summer and Fall. I especially like the look of bundles of herbs hung to dry. It certainly gives the place a more "magical" look.

What you see here are myrtle, bindweed, wild sunflower, mimosa, and wild grape. Next trip I will try to get wild violets as I saw a space where they pretty much grew everywhere.

If you are new to wildcrafting I would suggest starting in your own yard. There are many plants which grow in people's yards, either as weeds or as decor. Look for things such as oak leaves, bark, and acorns, dandelions, clover, and rose petals for a start. Then branch out to local parks, along creek beds, and into the woods.

Forgot to add that you should ask permission of the plant and should leave something in return. I take a pocket of pennies with me when I go wildcrafting. Also, do not take it all! Only take that which you need.

Happy Harvesting!

Partial Victory For Paula Deen As Judge Dismisses Racial Discrimination Suit

The judge in the case threw out the racial discrimination aspects of the case, ruling that since Lisa Jackson is a white woman she has no right to claim racial discrimination from a fellow white woman. Lisa Jackson, lesbian and former general manager, was outed by her own partner who testified that the so-called black bi-racial nieces where actually her nieces, that they were not part of their lives and hadn't seen them in 5 years, and were Hispanic, not black. Jackson claimed she had black bi-racial nieces which caused her to be sensitive and emotionally distraught from the alleged racism.

However, Lisa Jackson is also suing for sexual discrimination and so far this suit will stand at least for now.

Tools Of Conjure - Conjure Journal

My Conjure Journal

For the longest time I was against keeping a magical journal because it was so similar to what Wiccans do. However, I've since changed my mind as I figure that in the future I will have family members who may decide to take up the practice and I thought this could come in handy for them.

I call it my conjure journal or my grimoire. You can call it your magical diary or journal, your conjure journal or workbook, or whatever you want to call it. Just don't call it a "Book of Shadows". That term is for Wiccans and the founder of Wicca, Gerald Gardner stole that phrase from the title of a book on divination with shadows.

What should you put in your journal? I would advise putting correspondences, such as for astrological, days of the week, colors, etc. You can also put info on roots and herbs, bible verses, info on saints and spirits, instructions for making mojos, dollies, info on how to work with candles, and recipes. Of course you can include your workings.

What you should not put in your journal: pentacles, how to cast a circle, how to invoke the goddess & god, the elements, the Wiccan Rede/magical karma, the sabbats, and all that stuff that belongs to Wicca. This book is for conjure work. Our tradition is older than Wicca and it should not be combined with Wicca in any way, shape, or form. Sorry, if this sounds harsh but Wicca is like the Borg of the magical community and if they are not kept in check they will assimilate hoodoo and claim it for their own, changing it and destroying it in the process.

You can purchase a pre-made journal or you can make your own. You can hand-write it or you can print it out and keep it in a three-ring binder. You can even use a spiral notebook if you want. You can even go completely digital if that is your desire.

I purchased mine from Oberon Designs. They have some really beautiful leather journals. You can also check out Amazon and EBay as well as occult shops for their selection of journals. I found a absurdly beautiful one I was going to buy. It was art deco but I found out at the last minute that it was cardboard and not leather so I passed on that piece. Too bad. A big hint, don't rush it. Start your journal with something inexpensive like a spiral notebook and then wait until the right journal comes to you and the you can just transfer the info to it if you like.

Amish Witchcraft!

So I'm really getting into the show 'Breaking Amish'. I tried watching the first season but it just wasn't clicking with me. The second season is much better.

There's one young Amish woman named Betsy. Betsy left her husband to be on the show and get a taste of "English life" (The Amish call us non-Amish people 'English'). Well, Betsy has a secret. She's a witch! And I'm not talking about the modern Goddess-loving, circle casting, 'blessed-be'-variety. She's old school...sort of. You see she's never shown casting any spells except for one time when she busts out candles and starts mumbling something in Dutch. But interestingly she says that she has demons and that the spirits come to her, that she is haunted by the spirit of her birth mother, and that the demons control her and tell her what to do. Ironically, the only young woman on the show who has actually performed a charm on the show is Iva, the beautiful blonde who put a pair of nail clippers on a string and used it as a pendulum to divine the sex of another cast member's unborn child (she said it was boy).

The bad thing is that I'm not sure how long Betsy will be on the show. She made out with Iva when they were drunk and now Iva seems to be screaming rape and making her Amish boyfriend show up. I think that's interesting because she sure as hell wasn't saying, "no, stop!" during the lesbo make-out session (which was not filmed, we just see Betsy closing the door.) On top of that another male cast member was present and assumingly took part. This totally blew me away because I never pegged her for being a lesbian or bisexual. I always thought that Matt (the young Mennonite man) was the closet case. Then again, I have horrible gaydar.

So if you have a Sunday evening free, check the show out. It airs Sundays at 9:00 CST on TLC.

NOTE: The secret that the producers and cast don't let on is that this is something that is part of Amish life, where older teenagers are allowed to leave and go wild and to experience life on the outside. They elders turn a blind eye to much of their behavior and it's not uncommon for wild sex and drug use to take place. At the end of their experimentation they must decide to either stay or return and join the church as adults and take on adult responsibilities. The majority of all Amish youth eventually decide to return. Once they return and join as adults they are held to the strict laws of the community.

4 Months Smoke Free & My New Toy!

Today is my 4 month anniversary of being smoke-free! I can't believe this journey has been as smooth as it has been. I continue to urge smokers to transition to vaping asap. It will save your life.

I bought me a new toy, an iTazte MVP. It's my first mod.

I love it. For one, it's more masculine than many of the models available. It has a lot of good features too. It has a puff counter so vapers can keep track of how many puffs they take (about 10 puffs equals 1 cigarette). It's also variable voltage, going from 3.3 to 5.0. It also can be used to charge devices like cell phones, iphones, and ipads, and other devices. It cost me $70 and it came with a charger, two iclear clearomizers, a "beauty sleeve" (to cover the exposed threads when using some tanks/clearomizers), and a 10ml bottle of e-juice as I bought it at a vape shop. Perhaps the two best features that I love are the battery life and the size. The battery life is absurdly long. If you vape as you smoked the battery will last about 30 hours vape time or roughly 4-5 days before it needs to be recharged. I love the size. It's about the size of a pack of cigarettes. So for the guys out there who are used to carrying a pack of cigs in your pocket, this is perfect for you.

Don't worry. This pack of cigs belongs to my Santa Muerte which I borrowed for the pic. I have no urge to smoke and will never go back to smoking. I just used it so the guys out there can see how easily it can be carried in the pocket.

Here's a pdf of an owner's manual for the iTazte MVP.

Damn Pink Eye & Home Remedy

I got pink eye and it's a different kind that I've ever got before. Normally the kind that I've gotten in the past is when you wake up and your eye is matted closed. This one is different. My upper eyelid is swollen and puffy. The right side of my eye is bright red and it produces a thin discharge every few minutes. This one is so weird that I looked it up online and perhaps it's an allergy pink eye as there are so many different types. Anyway, this one is actually painful. It feels like someone punched me in the eye and even my eye muscles are sore, like they feel strained.

Anyway, this is the perfect time for me to tell my readers of a home remedy. You can make a tea of eyebright and make a compress by wetting a rag in it and applying to the eye. In case you can't get eyebright you can also use fennel seeds and/or chamomile as well. There are also over-the-counter drops, which can be purchased as well. These over-the-counter drops will treat allergy pink eye and possibly help with viral pink eye. For the bacterial pink eye one might want to visit the doctor for antibiotic eye drops. Pink eye can last anywhere from a week to a month or so, though most cases clear up within a couple of weeks.

Pokeweed

Pokeweed

Pokeweed

Poke Root, a.k.a. Virginia Poke, Pokeweed, is a toxic plant that is used in the practice of hoodoo/rootwork/conjure. The root of the poke plant is primarily used for uncrossings and for protection work.

The plant itself is toxic to both humans and livestock. Birds are immune to the toxins. This said, eating poke greens, a.k.a. "poke salat", has a long history in the South. Only immature leaves of the plants are eaten and even these must be blanched three or more times, with the old water dumped and replaced with fresh water in between blanchings. Certain individuals also used to make "poke berry pie" from the ripe black berries by straining out the seeds. I would caution readers not to attempt to do this. I've even heard of "poke berry jam", but again would caution against it. Finally, certain individuals make "poke berry wine" and again I strongly advise my readers not to attempt to make such for purely safety reasons.

Alternative uses for the plants include making a natural ink by mashing the berries.

For my readers, poke root is one off my favorite roots for uncrossings. To use poke root for such the root is brewed up into a tea. Please do not ingest the tea as it's poisonous! Instead it is used in spiritual baths. I love poke plants and do not consider them weeds as most people do. They are beautiful plants with pinkish-red stems and beautiful purplish-black berries. They grow everywhere in my state. The large taproot of the poke plant can grow extremely large, especially in mature plants. It is not uncommon for a mature plant to have a taproot as large as a basketball. One large taproot will supply all the poke root one needs for many years. The only thing I would add is that because harvesting poke kills the plant it is important to ask permission from the plant and to give it an offering. Leave the offering in the hole in which the root was taken from.

Powerball Jackpot Is $425 Million Tonight!

Tonight's Powerball drawing is for $425 million, the third largest drawing. You might want to purchase a ticket!

Millions: A Lottery Story

GOOD LUCK!

Name This Plant!

So I like to garden in my spare time. However this year I haven't really done much of anything except plant some morning glories.

Morning Glory

So I noticed some time back that a very special plant was growing in one of my little beds. I did not plant this so it had to have been a bird who brought the seed here. So I tell you what. I already know what plant this is. I just would like to see if any of my readers know a thing or two about plants as well.

Name This Plant!

Okay, so if any of my readers want to take a guess at what this plant is then please leave a comment. Tomorrow I will post the answer. I will give you three hints.

1.) This plant is used in hoodoo.

2.) This plant can be eaten but there are certain rules to follow or else suffer the consequences.

3.) This plant has a song associated with it.

Good Luck!

The Most Important Thing To Know/Do About Working With Spirits

Every single time you work with a spirit make sure you appeal to God first and foremost. I don't know why I haven't talked about this sooner. This was one of the things that was drilled into my head when I first started out. My readers should drill this into their heads as well.

I can always tell the fakos from real deal, especially when I see how people work with the spirits or read something someone has written.....and they don't acknowledge God first. If you invoke a spirit without acknowledging God first you are in error and it's a big no-no. Some people are so hopelessly lost they actually refer to a spirit that comes from a culture in which they are subordinate to God as being a separate god or goddess unto themselves.

You can acknowledge God in a variety of ways. For example, I may recite an Our Father/The Lord's Prayer with my palms to the sky before appealing to a spirit. Another method I use is to include everything in a prayer, such as:

"The Lord bless me in my time of need and provide assistance and remedy to my ills. The Lord grant  St. Anthony that he may provide assistance in this time of need......in the name of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, Amen!"

One can then address the spirit further with the extra details.

Note: If you are Catholic you may do this a bit differently as many Catholics are taught to approach the saint first and have them intervene to God on your behalf. What I write is how I was taught and what I do in my practice. Feel free to take or toss anything as you like as I am not your judge and can not tell you what to do.

Alternative To Blowing Smoke As Offerings To Spirits

A client and I have been conversing over the past couple of days about vaping. I think I convinced her to give vaping a try. Well, she had a question that I think is good enough to blog on.

Her question was if blowing tobacco smoke to the spirits as an offering is dangerous to one's health. The answer is of course yes. Most workers will use cigar smoke in this fashion. People who smoke cigars have low rates of lung cancer compared to cigarette smokers. However, their rates of oral cancers are the same as that of cigarette smokers. So yes, taking any tobacco smoke in any form into your mouth, regardless if you inhale it into your lungs or not, is dangerous to your health. On the bright side there's a solution!

When I transitioned to vaping from smoking I told my spirits that I would no longer offer them burning cigarettes, burning tobacco, and I would no longer blow smoke to them as an offering. Instead I will offer them loose tobacco, unlit cigarettes (often a pack), and make offerings by blowing vapor. All of my spirits I work with have accepted these terms.

So if you are a smoker that is trying to transition to vaping and thus no longer want to use tobacco in any form you can try a similar approach. I think most spirits would understand. However, if by chance you have a stubborn spirit that just won't accept anything but the "real deal" then perhaps make a compromise and burn tobacco outside for them. This is just a suggestion of course!

The Secret That Most Christians Don't Know About

Among the heavenly host are many types of beings. In the last blog entry I talked about angels and demons. Besides these beings there are also a score of other beings. Examples of such include the Seraphim, the Cherubim, the Ophanim, the Hashmallim, the Archangels, etc. These are not angels in the sense that they are not God's messengers though they are created for certain purposes. These beings also appear as monsters and not as human beings. Many to most of them have wings or even multiple sets of wings. Many of them are part humanoid, part animal and with multiple sets of eyes. Perhaps the strangest of all are the Ophanim which are literally "wheels" with multiple-eyes. For some reason Christianity labels these beings as "angels" when in fact they for the most part have nothing to do with humanity. If we saw them today we would probably mistake them for space-aliens.

There is another group of heavenly beings, one that very few Christians know about. Before I reveal this group let me post some biblical scripture for you to read.

Genesis 1:26 KJV
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
***

Genesis 6:2 KJV
That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
***

Genesis 11:5-7 KJV
5 And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.

6 And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech.
***

Job 1:6 KJV
Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them
***

"Let US make man in our image..", "the sons of God", "Let US go down..."....

Notice anything funny? The word for God used in most of these passages is 'Elohim'. Elohim means "gods" in the plural. So the gods said, "Let us make man in our image". So the gods said, "Let us go down....". It was the gods who mated with mortal women. What the hell? I'm I crazy? No, no I'm not. There are other gods in heaven besides God. The God Most High and the other gods, decided to make mankind. They decided to confuse our language and scatter us to the four corners when we tried to build the tower of Babel. Some of them mated with human women and produced beings called the Nephilim (giants). Just who are these mysterious gods? Let me reveal to you who they are in the following scriptures.

Deuteronomy 32:8 KJV
When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel.

Most Christians don't know this verse was translated incorrectly. The last part, "the children of Israel" is wrong. The events referred to in this passage happened after the tower of Babel and before the existence of Israel. The phrase "the children of Israel" is actually, "sons of God". This is another reference to the gods. Thus the original passage should read:

"When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the sons of God."

Or in normal English:
"God, The Most High, divided the nations and people and set up gods to rule them."

As punishment for mankind's hubris God divided up humans, scattered them, and set up gods to rule each nation. All the references to these gods are in fact the pagan gods of other cultures. The pagan gods exist. Repeat: The pagan gods exist. They were created by God. They are not as powerful as "The God", but they exist no doubt. Because of man's hubris God punished humanity by dividing us up and setting up gods to rule over us. Thus God set up the Olympians to rule the Greeks, the Celtic gods to rule the Celts, the Hindu gods to rule the people of India, the African Gods to rule the people of Africa, etc. However, God soon became angry with these gods.

Deuteronomy 32:17
They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.

The gods that The God, Most High set up to rule the nations became corrupt and grew wicked. They demanded blood sacrifice and perverse rituals of worship. Some even began to have sex with humans and even fathered beings that were part-divine, part-human, a.k.a "demigods", the "Nephilim", or the giants. This greatly angered The God, the Most High. Let's see what happens next.

Psalm 82:1-5
1God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.

2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.

4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.

5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

The God, the Most High, holds a divine council with the other gods, the beings he created and who he set up to rule the nations. He is mightily angry with them and passes judgement on them. God knows they are corrupt and wicked and have rebelled against him. Refer to the previous passage on how the gods are also demons. Let's see what happens next.

6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.

As punishment for their wickedness and rebellion God removes their immortality.  The God, the Most High, condemns them to death.

Christianity did not invent the notion that the pagan gods are demons. It was the ancient Hebrews and it was a part of their scripture. The gods were created by The God, the Most High. They are not to be worshipped but they themselves must worship God. The gods who demand to be worshipped by humans are demons, are fallen heavenly beings, are wicked, demand blood and lead humans to perversity and destruction. As punishment for their sins the pagan gods will themselves die.

So Diana, Zeus, Gaia, Cernunnos, Pan, Hecate, Baal, Venus, Astarte, Isis, Asherah, Demeter, Erzulie, Eshu, Dionysis, Kali, Siva, Osiris, etc...they all exist. They just were created by The God Most High and are subordinate to him.

So the question I have is when will the pagan gods die? It seems to me that most of them already have. The Hebrews wiped out the gods of the Canaanites and the gods of their enemies. Christians wiped out nearly all pagan gods of Europe. These gods are clearly dead. Sure, there are people who claim to worship these gods today but they do not worship them in the manner they are accustomed to and they do not feed them as the gods demand. If any of these gods still exist they are likely to be extremely weak. One would have to look to the pagan religions of Africa, India, Asia, and native cultures to find pagan gods who are still being fed with blood sacrifices to remain powerful. However, in most of these places Christianity is the number one growing religion! So it's just a matter of time before these pagan gods will also die, per God's decree.

Now, some people think that the pagan gods will survive until judgement day at which they will all be annihilated at once. I admit this may be a reality but I would say that in Psalm 82 it's clear that the gods are sentenced to the death of humans. Humans decline with age. They grow weaker and weaker until they die. So to me at least it appears that God has already removed their immortality and that the gods are in a mad rush to suck up any energy they can to survive. They've been transformed into vampiric entities desperately clinging to any resemblance of life.

So this is why I do not worship pagan gods. I do not worship "The Goddess". I do not work with the Lwa or other African spirits either. All are fallen heavenly beings that prey on humanity. Most are weak if not already dead. Of course I can only speak for myself. People have the right and freedom to worship whatever deity they want as well as no deity if they so choose. I just thought I would share this with my readers as most people don't know about this.

One other thing, remember that most people think "demons" are just fallen angels. Not so. When The God created the gods he created them with far more power than the angels, who are the lowest of the heavenly beings, God's servants. The pagan gods were fearsomely powerful back in the day.

All this talk of dying gods reminds me of the episode of Supernatural where Sam and Dean have to battle a couple of pagan gods. You can watch the episode by clicking the picture below.

Supernatural - [S03E08] - A Very Supernatural Christmas

[624x352, 00:40:55]

Note: This topic leads to another grand mystery that most Christians do not know about. I will discuss that mystery later.

Note: Modern Christians falsely believe that the scripture where God is plural refers to the Trinity. This is false as it would mean that God has judged parts of the Trinity as being evil and wicked and sentenced it to death. The reality is that God created other gods to serve him. These other gods were never meant to be worshipped but they fell from grace and grew wicked in time.

Angels And Demons...What They Are

This will be a rather short blog to help people understand some things about Angels and Demons. Let me start with angels.

Most people  think of angels as being the entire host of heavenly beings created by God to serve him. This is incorrect. I will discuss the heavenly host in further blog entries.

The angels are nothing more than God's divine servants or slaves. They have no free will and they obey God's commands. The term angel comes from the  Greek 'angelos' (messenger). The Hebrew word for them is 'malakhim'. However, being God's messenger isn't the only function they have. They carry out whatever God orders them to carry out. They are the lowest of the heavenly beings in Christianity but are still above humanity. In Judaism there are heavenly beings lower than the angels. There are may beings that are higher above the angels. These being aren't angels. They are part of the heavenly host. When angels appear to humans they do so in the form of human men (no angel ever appears as a woman in the Bible). Angels do not have wings. Other heavenly host have wings but not the angels. I will explain this in further blog entries.

A demon comes from the Latin 'daimon' meaning a spirit in-between the gods and mortals. Demons could be either good or evil. In the Christian view demons are any heavenly being that has fallen, rebelled, or removed from the heavenly host. A demon can be a fallen angel or a fallen member of the other heavenly host. Technically even human beings can be viewed as demons and sometimes the spirits of people are confused for demons. A demon can be either good or evil though in Christianity their evilness is the trait that is most expressed. The most important thing to remember about demons is that they still obey God! People forget that! The God of the Universe still sits on the throne and the demons must obey him. Their existence is similar to that of dogs on leashes. They can act but only in limited approved capacities.

Moses And His Magic Staff

A couple of stories about Moses and his magic staff can be found in Exodus 17. In the chapter Moses uses his staff to produce water from a rock as well as to grant victory to the Israelites in battle.

Exodus 17 KJV

1 And all the congregation of the children of Israel journeyed from the wilderness of Sin, after their journeys, according to the commandment of the Lord, and pitched in Rephidim: and there was no water for the people to drink.

2 Wherefore the people did chide with Moses, and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moses said unto them, Why chide ye with me? wherefore do ye tempt the Lord?

3 And the people thirsted there for water; and the people murmured against Moses, and said, Wherefore is this that thou hast brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst?

4 And Moses cried unto the Lord, saying, What shall I do unto this people? they be almost ready to stone me.

5 And the Lord said unto Moses, Go on before the people, and take with thee of the elders of Israel; and thy rod, wherewith thou smotest the river, take in thine hand, and go.

6 Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.

7 And he called the name of the place Massah, and Meribah, because of the chiding of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the Lord, saying, Is the Lord among us, or not?

8 Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim.

9 And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand.

10 So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.

11 And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.

12 But Moses hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

13 And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.

14 And the Lord said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.

15 And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi:

16 For he said, Because the Lord hath sworn that the Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

In Exodus 14:16, God Instructs Moses on how to part the Red Sea.

Exodus 14:16

But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.

Normally the word "rod" means wand. In these passages the term refers to a staff. This is Moses the Conjure worker in action!

I Sold My Soul to Satan - Welcome to Hollywood

This is an interesting documentary on one man's journey toward selling his soul to Satan out of the belief that he will then be successful. Included are interviews with people from Pan Pipes, the occult shop once owned by Fairuza Balk (The Craft), a visit to Indio Products, and the infamous tale of Robert Johnson's alleged pact with the Devil.
