Lord, Help Me!

I spent 2 hours talking to a woman who claimed a well-known "Internet Hoodoo" conned her out of thousands of dollars.

Look, folks. Real workers are workers. These wannabe celebrities with book deals and radio shows and the like are fakes and frauds. Sorry, it's just the cold, hard truth. But you know what? It doesn't matter one bit what I write or say. It doesn't matter how many times I warn people. There are many, many celebrity-chasers, a.k.a. "groupies", out there. They don't give a damn if the person is a fake or phony. They just see stars in their eyes and treat these con artists as if  they were the second coming of Christ.

The old saying, "Those who can do, those who can't teach.", is apt. A real worker is a worker. All these fakes, frauds, and con artists have radio shows, write books, and hold conventions all to rake in as much $MONEY$ as possible. So while the idiot groupies have stars in their eyes, these con artists have dollar bill signs in theirs.

Most of the cons have multiple fraud reports on them online yet the groupies don't give a damn.  LOL To hell with them. The groupies who flock to them get what they deserve. They think they are being taught the "real deal".  That's what is so fucking funny to me. Because that belief couldn't be far from the truth. The groupies can not tell what is traditional versus what is made up by the individual. I've seen this happen dozens of times with idiots who think that just because a person claims to be "traditional", "old school", etc., then every single thing out their mouth is traditional. It ain't so, folks! LOL That's why I do my best to distinguish something that I just do myself vs. something that is traditional. Most of these celebrity Internet Hoodoos do not makes such distinctions.

Anyway, yes I feel bad when people get scammed. From listening to this woman it does appear as if this fraud did con her out of thousands of dollars knowing how desperate she was. It makes me feel even worse when people who think they were conned come to me as if I can make things better for them. All I can do is lend an ear. I can't make these frauds return the money. I can't take on their case for free just because they were deceived and lied to.

Please do yourself a huge favor. Stop chasing celebrities. Stop falling for the bull shit.

Once again, those who can do. Those who can't, teach, write books, form radio shows, hold conventions, etc. They do that to rake in the fucking cash. Don't be a sucker!

Caveat emptor!

P.S. Seriously folks. These frauds are chasing cash. There's no real money in being a worker. You make some money for sure but there's no real "big money". That's why these frauds write books, have radio shows, and hold conventions that cost hundreds of dollars per person to attend. That's where the "big money" is. They are chasing the green. They don't give a fuck about you. They aren't real workers. Seriously, wake the fuck up and stop giving them your cash, time, and attention. READ THE FRAUD REPORTS ON THEM ONLINE! Sure, some may be from vindictive people but they all can't be wrong!

Big Hint: Real workers don't associate with Wiccans and Pagans. They just don't. They definitely don't form business partnerships with them. Don't believe a damn word I say! Go out and find a real life worker, one who isn't online, and see what they say. They don't do it, period. They don't take on pagan students either. They just don't. The fakes and frauds want to be real friendly with the pagans to get their cash, either that or they mix and match shit and try to be both pagan and conjure worker. No such thing!

The one from the cancer patient who claims you guaranteed her a cure if she paid you thousands is a doozy. How do you sleep at night?

  2. You're right Jason it is funny how folks know right where to hit you, seeing as in the last 9 years I've lost 2 sisters, a niece, My sister-in-law, my brother, my daddy, 2 uncles and a aunt to cancer. Do you want proof? Do you honestly think I would say something like that? If that were the case they would all still be here. That's almost my whole family not counting the niece who has been in remission for a year, my oldest sisters only daughter. It's sad that folks take your pain and turn it into something so ugly. Your bitch with me is that I belong to AIRR and some of the Folk Magic folks are pagan. You should have just called my name out. I have never charged a thousand dollars in my life for anything. You can believe what ever you want too but I know I have never cheated anyone period! I'm quick to give a refund. Don't you think pay-pal would have stepped in and got their money back all they had to do was complain? I'm just say-n.

    1. Whatever personal tragedies you've experienced has nothing to do with the complaints.

As far as the complaints leveled against you go, there can be people who are vindictive. One must always judge the accusation and weigh the situation. However, people are leveling pretty much the exact same accusations against you over and over again which can only serve to make them more believable. Some of your former clients come to me and complain. They routinely complain that you take their money and they don't hear back from you, that you don't answer emails, that you skip appointments, and that when they get desperate for a response that you get rude and even threaten them with alleged potential curses. In fact, you sort of said something similar to me when you came on my blog some time back and told me that I better watch what I say about you online. As if you were going to something "magical wise" against me. So I thought that was rather interesting when the person on that rip off report says pretty much the exact thing, claiming that you threatened them with a curse.

There is only a window of 45 days with Paypal.

FYI: This post was about problems with a large group of people, not anyone specific. However, I guess you outed yourself.

  3. Jason you can believe whatever you want to as can others. I know how I treat my clients on and off the internet. What I said to you was you better watch what you said about me because slander is not a good thing. So since I can't do anything about the rip-off report because anyone can make one without any proof of who they are proof of what they are saying and you are saying almost the exact same thing that was said in the said report and you KNOW who is spreading this slander against me then let it be known I am gonna seek legal advice and see if you can't be made tell who these folks are. I can't sue the rip off report but I can surely file on you and have you tell who these folks are. Don't bother removing your comment I got a screen shot of it to give to my attorney. Remember what I said about slander, it's a bad thing So keep on keeping on......

    1. That is a very low and pathetic threat. You just love making threats, don't you?

First of all, I don't know who the people are who left those complaints against you on the rip off report. Second, you will never succeed in getting me to release the names of the clients and/or potential clients who come to me who have voiced their complaints about you. That's just insane that you would threaten to sue me to release my clients names to you. Honey, you have clearly crossed the boundaries a long time ago and I would strongly recommend you work on your customer service skills lest you lose whatever remaining clientele you have left

  4. It's no threat it is my right to protect my name. This is slander and in Texas that is a big deal. I don't go around bashing folks cause what they do is not my business but you seem to be hot after me. Talking crazy to me is one thing slandering my name is another. Like I said rip off report is untouchable trust me I already talk to my attorney about suing them, but others aren't so just bash away. I have never in my life ripped anyone off. I was gonna just let this go but folks keep poking so poke away. I don't know how the courts in OK think about slander but the ones in Texas really look down on it. I have great skills with the folks who come to me. Do what you do Jason and I'll do what I have to do if you keep bashing me even if it is out of the side of your mouth. Be Blessed and I wish only good things for you.

  5. Nope I want do it cause that is what my haters want me to do, act an ass. I'm not trying to scare you, I don't use scare tactics on folks nor do I threaten to "curse folks" I don't even use that word period. I'm just telling you what I'm gonna do if you keep bashing my name, plain and simple. No threats, no scare tactics just fact if you keep trailing behind me bashing my name you will her from my attorney, and yes I do have one that was my mama's and has known me my whole life and then my own. So like I said do what you do. I have never done anything to you what so ever. Like I said Be Blessed and Prosperous. Just leave me in peace.

    1. Again, you don't scare me. You just don't. You might scare other people but you don't scare me. Also, I'm not bashing you. You were not the focus of this blog. However, you outed yourself as if you were guilty. So that's on you. You aren't the only one with access to an attorney.

And before you can start making accusations that I'm working on you or throwing for you then know good and well that I don't work on other conjure workers. I just don't. I don't waste my time on shit like that. I take care of myself, mind you.

  6. I'm clean as a whistle I don't think anyone is throwing at me. I'm done and said what I needed to say. So again be blessed and keep on keeping on. Peace Jason

    1. Thank you, Micah. I have a family attorney and my sister used to work for a attorney and they are still friends and he helps her out. However, I could always use more advice/input from attorneys so if you want to email me the details you can. You should have my email address. Thanks again.

  8. Lots of folks might need to read this. Just sharing.

What are defamation, libel, and slander?

The umbrella term "defamation" includes both libel and slander. Defamation is a statement that may harm someone's reputation. If it is written down, it's called "libel" whereas if it's spoken, it's called "slander."

Defamation law attempts to balance the freedom of speech and open exchange of ideas without giving someone permission to run around spreading lies about another that may harm his or her reputation, ability to earn a living, etc. Note that the expression of an opinion can never be actionable as defamation; statements must be presented as fact to be considered defamation.

Although defamation laws vary by state, generally a plaintiff must show that the statement was unprivileged and published (either spoken to someone else or printed), false, and injurious (harmful in some way to the plaintiff, usually to the reputation, but also may be mental anguish depending on jurisdiction).

Public officials and figures have less protection under defamation laws, though, which means that in order for them to prove a defamation claim, they must also show that the speaker acted with "actual malice."

For example, spreading false rumors that someone has a sexually transmitted disease could be considered defamation, although the defamation would be much harder to prove if that person was a celebrity because it would have to be shown that the speaker was acting maliciously. This is why there are so few celebrity lawsuits against tabloids.

    What about hate speech?

Hate speech is speech that targets a person or group of people based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other distinction.

Hate speech is protected by the First Amendment right to free speech. Unless a particular instance of hate speech falls under one of the exceptions to free speech listed above, it cannot be constitutionally suppressed by the government.

    1. You can't hide behind claims of slander and now "hate speech" in order to try to protect yourself from conning people out of thousands while guaranteeing a cure for their cancer. The law is not designed to protect criminals. If you did what you are accused of doing, scamming a cancer patient then your ass belongs in jail, period.

You yourself complained to me last year that you aren't getting many clients. There is a reason for that. In my opinion, it's because the people you have allegedly screwed over are talking and telling other people how you treated them. When I say "screwed over", I'm not referring to any work that just didn't manifest. Because we aren't God and as long as we don't guarantee things then we are fine. However, if you are guaranteeing results and then don't deliver then you must refund the money of every client you gave the guarantee to who did no see results or else you would be a con artist. If you are swindling cancer patients out of thousands while promising a cure then you most assuredly would be a con artist, a scammer, a fraud, and your ass would need to go to jail. That is one of the reason while hoodoo/conjure work fell away was because there were too many con artists and scammers taking advantage of desperate people, especially desperate people in search of a cure.

Grow up and take accountability for your actions.

  9. This is very sad to read - given that you two appeared to be friends? Doc you used to promote her books, giving
glowing reviews etc and she in turn would comment on your blog.

    2. Yes, I'm aware of the saying, but shocked at this complete turnaround.
I partially agree with some posts she treated me badly when I went to her for help - 3wks after I paid the money for consult, I still had no appointment time given - then when I practically begged for a slot she Eventually replied saying she was too busy and immediately refunded the consult fee without a second thought; - seemed cold and uncaring at the time I was really upset as my situation at the time seemed hopeless, she refused to answer my mails or explain why or even offer me an alternate date; that said though she did refund me - I wasn't scammed.
Devastating at the time, HOWEVER, I am grateful to her because if that hadn't happened I wouldn't have found you to help.
So it was a blessing for me.

Anyway, I agree with you, I don't think you need an attorney as you rightly said - she outted herself... you didn't name anyone.

Blessings & Peace to you both.
